Applicant Screening

CrimeTek management believes that the first step to effective performance is the selection of personnel who meet the specified qualifications required for employment with CrimeTek.

Once applicants pass our English language skills assessment, they move on to our pre-employment screening process, which includes an in-depth interview, reference check, criminal records check and drug screening. And we don’t stop there. Applicants must also pass the State Security Officer’s licensing requirement as well as all in-house security exams.
