It is a recognized fact that training is a vital key in ensuring
effective job performance. Therefore, training has always been of
top concern to CrimeTek Security Services, and large portions of
corporate resources are spent in providing continuous training for
CrimeTek Security Services employees.
At CrimeTek Security Services, we have our own in-house training
program that surpasses the states' requirements. Every applicant
is required to attend a pre-assignment training session and pass
all necessary examinations prior to employment. Training is conducted
each week or as needed in our own classrooms and consists of videos
and lectures by our executives and managers.
