Standing Post
CrimeTek’s standing post officers are trained to make a positive
difference. Aside from having a high visual presence and a distinguished
uniform appearance, CrimeTek officers are proactive in their attempt
to maintain order. Depending on the specific operating, procedures
officers may be called to control entries and exits to restricted
areas or inspect areas to prevent fires, accidents, and hazards.
It is because of these types of threats, documentation plays a
major role in the protection industry. Proper documentation may
avert civil litigation and aid in the apprehension of law violators.
While on post, CrimeTek officers will maintain records and logs
of visitors depending on our client’s needs. A more basic
duty for CrimeTek officers is to complete and turn in a Daily Activity
Report at the end of their shift.
Officers, as they patrol the assigned property, are to note any
negative maintenance conditions and turn in their findings on a
CrimeTek maintenance report form. If the CrimeTek officer needs
to complete a more detailed report he/she will either use an Incident,
Follow Up or Informational narrative form.
Whether it is directing visitors. performing access control duties,
or issuing and controlling badges and keys, our clients can rest
assured CrimeTek will fulfill their obligation.
