First Responder/Key Holder
False alarm activations can lead to sleepless nights and unnecessary
traveling for your senior staff. Moreover, genuine alarms can place
them at physical risk if they encounter intruders on the premises.
There are few more unpleasant tasks than responding to a late night
call out in bad weather, when you don’t know what to expect.
Relying on your staff to hold keys and respond to alarm activation
has a number of serious disadvantages.
Alarm Response
CrimeTek contracts with local alarm companies to respond to their
silent alarms. In some cases, their clients prefer us to respond
first, rather than the police, due to costs, and personal interests.
If an alarm is activated from the home or business, the alarm agency
dispatches to our patrolman the address and location. The patrolman
will respond to the location of the alarm. If the alarm is false,
the patrolman will reset the alarm, and leave the scene. If the
alarm appears to be an actual burglary in progress, or other criminal
activity, the patrolman will ask for the local police to be dispatched,
to assist in the investigation. CrimeTek officers are trained to
respond to potentially dangerous situations such as, confronting
an Intruder in a calm and alert manner. Their training also covers
communicating with the police, alarm companies and repair contractors
after a break in or alarm activation, thereby insuring your premises
are re-secured as soon as possible and not left exposed over night
