Applicant Screening
Due to CrimeTek’s stringent hiring practices, less than 10% of those applicants who apply for employment are even considered. CrimeTek management believes that the first step to effective performance is the selection of personnel who meet the specified qualifications required for employment with CrimeTek.

Once applicants pass our English language skills assessment, they move on to our pre-employment screening process, which includes an in-depth interview, reference check, criminal records check and drug screening. And we don’t stop there: applicants must also pass the State Security Officer’s licensing requirement, as well as all in-house security exams.

Employment Wages
CrimeTek Security personnel are paid not only a rate above minimum wage, but also by a cost of living wage standard. We at CrimeTek believe in the old adage “that you get what you pay for”
